Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she was granted her professional card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for several years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. In 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
